Join our team as an Intern in Talent Acquisition Team (6 months contract on full time basis)!

Luminors Talent Acquisition Team is searching for a motivated Intern to join our team that would be responsible for the sourcing and hiring of top talent.

Wed like you to be a quick learner and a team player that will take responsibility for supporting the team in different areas with a variety of tasks. We are looking for an intern who is ready to join as soon as possible, preferably already in March.

What You Will Do:

• Support full cycle recruitment activities for a dedicated part of the business – including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview arrangement and participating
• Take a part in recruitment activities, working to build a long-term talent pipeline, network
• Update and maintain regular reports on recruitment project status to internal stakeholders
• Build relationships with respective hiring managers helping to successfully run recruitment projects
• Assist Talent Acquisition Partners on daily activities
• Work as part of a team in the execution of various employer branding activities and People & Culture
• Substitute your team members
• Perform other tasks relevant to the role given by direct manager and/or functional manager.

• Currently pursuing or have completed studies in Human Resources Management or other relevant fields. Candidates from diverse academic backgrounds are welcome to apply also
• Fluent English and Lithuanian languages is required in spoken and written communication.
