We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Team Manager to lead our customer service representative team. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service delivery, and leading a team to meet company goals and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, ensuring high performance and quality service.
Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor team performance through KPIs and customer feedback, providing coaching and support as needed.
Train, motivate, and guide the team to improve skills and service delivery.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure effective resolution.

Job requirements:

Proven experience in customer service management, preferably in tourism or hospitality.
Strong leadership and team management skills with 3 years of experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
Excellent communication skills in English, Lithuanian (Norwegian would be a plus but not required).
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Bachelors degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred).
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Starting salary of €1500/month Neto (subject to experience).
