Lyncis develops and manufactures online analyzers for the mining and mineral processing industry. We are looking for an Automation / PLC & Commissioning Engineer to join our engineering team in Vilnius.

Your responsibilities will include:

PLC programming and configuration
Configuration of industrial networks and communication protocols
Testing and commissioning of Lyncis systems
Integration with customer PLC, DCS, SCADA and IT/OT systems;
Participation in complete engineering projects from testing to on-site commissioning
Troubleshooting electrical, automation and communication issues
Remote technical support
International commissioning at customer sites. International business trips account for approximately 20% of working time, usually for 1–2 weeks. Projects may be located in Europe, North and South America, Turkey, India and other regions. All travel expenses are covered. We provide daily allowances and overtime compensation

We expect you to:

Practical experience with industrial automation and PLC systems; Siemens, ABB, Allen-Bradley, Advantech, Eaton or similar systems is an advantage
Experience with some industrial protocols
2+ years of relevant engineering experience
Ability to read electrical and automation schematics
Good English
Willingness to travel internationally
A technical degree
